Our Branch Manager, Naomi has been the perfect fit for our team at Intro Recruitment, bringing her vast expertise and business knowledge with her. Naomi wears many hats within her position as Manager, no job is too big or too small. It is her mission to ensure smooth sailing and to make our metaphorical boat row faster! When not working as ship captain, Naomi is equally as busy spending time with her two teenage children, horses and the family dogs!
Business Development Executive
Meet Roxanne, our bubbly Business Development Specialist. Over the years she has achieved an enviable reputation of building solid relationships with clients from SME’s through to international organisations and is the first port of call for many clients when they have a vacancy. When Roxanne isn’t busy helping our clients she can usually be found practising her hot yoga, mountain climbing or snuggled up on the couch with her beloved cat Salem
Ashley has been an essential part of the Intro Team since 2015; starting as a part time accounts assistant and quickly progressing up to the role of management accountant over the years. Ashley manages the day to day running of the back office from invoicing and payroll to compliance. When she is not being a financial whizz, you can usually find her at a concert, at festival with friends or at home binge watching the latest series on Netflix.
Craig is now back at Intro after a 4 year hiatus and has been in the recruitment industry for over 12 years. He started his career in IT recruitment and now specialises in permanent commercial; finding impossible to find candidates for happy clients all over the UK.
When not in the office, Craig is run ragged by his 4 year old daughter and spends most of his time watching his beloved Liverpool F.C as a season ticket holder. When not at his laptop, Craig watches a lot of football on the tv much to the annoyance of his girlfriend.
Meet Chris, former MD of Intro Recruitment, devoted husband and father and grandfather to 4 grown daughters and 6 independent and spirited grandchildren.
Chris mastered his craft in the manufacturing sector before launching a successful clothing manufacture business spanning 13 years, growing to 150 employees across 3 factories.
In the late 80’s, Chris joined Intro and collaborated with Maureen for 3 decades to develop, sustain and grow Intro’s engineering and office recruitment business, to support local companies across Wigan and the North West, scale their talent teams. He dedicated his attention to developing finely tuned financial, compliance and policy processes and systems, central to Intro’s long-established and trusted reputation.
Chris, now semi-retired, still plays an active role in advising Intro’s modern leadership continue their legacy of creating lasting connections for people and businesses to thrive and inspire a future of shared success. But he gets to spend a bit more time on his personal pursuits that favour enjoying the outdoors, land and sea, by foot, two wheels or four.
Our commercial recruiter, Charlotte, has a wealth of knowledge in the industry and a genuine passion for recruitment. Charlotte is the go to gal in the office whenever you need a laugh! Just don’t ask her how to use a compass, we soon discovered she will have you walking around in circles! When not in the office, Charlotte is usually hosting garden parties or cosying up with her partner and pooch to binge watch a good series.
Office and administration recruitment consultant
Leading our Office division Danielle has a real eye for detail in this field. Having worked in a variety of Administration, Finance and Account Management roles herself, she’s a natural at finding the perfect match and truly understanding Clients and Candidates alike. Danielle is massively goal-orientated with the mission to visit at least one new city every year, whilst also taking on the role of super-mum and hiking with her family. All of this needs to be fuelled with something else that Danielle loves…FOOD!

Through her delivery of authentic and lasting value and 40 years of recruitment experience, supporting local businesses across the North West scale their office and engineering talent teams, Maureen has developed and nurtured her reputation as a trusted recruiter. Her winning combination is her warm and open approach and unwavering commitment to doing the right thing.
Now in semi-retirement, Maureen supports Intro’s new leadership serve the local Wigan and great North West community, as they continue to create opportunities for people and business to achieve beyond their ambitions with compassion, understanding and respect.
She also gets to spend more time honing her Pilates and yoga skills and loves all things Scandinavian.
Meet Jade, our dedicated specialist within the engineering division with 8 years of experience under her belt. She is positively our go-to source of Recruitment knowledge and one of the most organised people you are ever likely to meet. When Jade isn’t going above and beyond for clients and candidates, she’s pampering her 4 legged friend, Duke.
