Daily Duties

  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Inputting invoices onto the system and deal with any payment queries (Using Sage 50)
  • Reconciling all the company Credit Card, Fuel cards and Petty Cash expenditure to receipts and statements
  • Work along the Office Manager to update the HR system (Breathe HR) with annual leave and training records
  • Create and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Undertake general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Cover reception duties, welcome visitors in reception

What skills do I need?

  • Excellent attention to detail (Essential)
  • Data input experience (Essential)
  • Excel experience. Must understand formula (Essential)
  • Sage50 experienced (Preferred)
